CEIA IS A FINE DINING EXPERIENCE IN OUR LISBON SANCTUARY - SANTA CLARA 1728.
Ceia is our fine dining experience where up to 14 guests gather around one table, to share the same menu and experience, an evening of notable exchanges.

"Ceia" - the Portuguese word for supper - recalls for comfort, tradition and friendship. It also represents one of the deepest values within the Portuguese culture, the pleasure of preparing and sharing our food, with the ones we cherish the most, while creating the opportunity to share a significant moment in time, at the end of each day.

From Wednesdays to Saturdays, at 19:30, guests have the opportunity to enjoy our 9 course menu "The Last Harvest", created with seasonly harvested ingredients from our farm - Herdade no Tempo. With this menu, alongside the work we are developing in the farm - through regenerative agricultural practices and holistic management - we aim to not only share, but bring awareness to how we are paving our way, to fight the increasing threats caused by the shortage of food, water and desertification. From our soil, directly to our table, this is our seed to plant a change.
